As a Social Media Content Producer, your role will involve bringing creative ideas to life through short and long-form video content. Your strong storytelling skills and understanding of social media trends will be essential in writing compelling scripts and producing content for platforms such as Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and long-format YouTube videos. Collaboration with the production team will be key in planning, managing, and executing shoots effectively. Key Responsibilities: - Write engaging, platform-specific scripts for Instagram Reels, YouTube videos, and other social platforms. - Collaborate with editors to produce effective video stories. - Actively participate in shoots, working closely with the production team to ensure the creative vision and script are executed effectively. - Stay updated with social media trends, audience insights, and competitor content. Qualifications Required: - 3-5 years of experience in social media script writing and video production. - Strong understanding of storytelling, pacing, and structure for both short and long-form content. - Experience collaborating with creators and editors. - Excellent command of Hindi and English. - Ability to adapt tone and messaging for different audiences and platforms. - Strong creative thinking and attention to detail.
