As a hands-on Content Producer at CMF by Nothing, you will play a crucial role in bringing the social presence of CMF to life by producing captivating content that resonates with the audience on various platforms like Instagram, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, and more. Your creative instincts, technical skills, and passion for creating engaging content will be key in shaping the brand's identity in the digital space. **Key Responsibilities:** - Produce daily content across social platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, and more by capturing, editing, and packaging native assets. - Collaborate with the Social Media Manager to execute fast-turn ideas, from reactive cultural moments to scripted shoots and trend hacks. - Take ownership of short-form video production from concept to post-production, ensuring high-quality output that aligns with CMF's design DNA. - Stay updated on internet culture trends, formats, and creators to bring fresh and innovative ideas to the table. - Conduct content testing and iteration to enhance engagement, with a focus on quick edits and format experiments. - Manage production logistics including sourcing props, scouting locations, and coordinating simple shoots with internal and external partners. - Maintain organized post-production workflows, adhering to platform specifications and publishing tools. - Assist in campaign asset creation by providing behind-the-scenes content and cutdowns as needed. **What We're Looking For:** - 3-5 years of experience in content creation, production, or creative execution, preferably in an agency, brand, or freelance capacity. - Proficiency in editing software such as Premiere Pro, Final Cut, CapCut, or similar, along with strong mobile video editing skills. - Familiarity with cameras (DSLRs, mirrorless) and lighting setups for efficient shoot setups. - Bonus: Ability to create compelling content using just a phone when necessary. - Deep understanding of social-first storytelling strategies and the ability to adapt and remix content effectively. - Strong attention to detail, taste for visually appealing content, and openness to feedback for continuous improvement. - Well-organized, self-sufficient, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. - Additional experience with tech, fashion, or youth-focused brands is a plus.
