Role Summary

Work on multiple brands and client accounts to create short-form content that performs.

This role covers:
Research → Keyword & Trend Analysis → Hook Creation → Script Writing → Caption Writing → Basic Editing → Publishing → Learning from Results

You will be expected to think, execute, and improve fast.

Key Responsibilities

• Research audience interests, competitors, and content gaps
• Perform keyword research for Instagram / YouTube Shorts

(search intent, common questions, phrases)

• Identify relevant trends and content formats per brand
• Create strong hooks and short video scripts (20–40 seconds)
• Write clear, engaging captions
• Edit short-form videos using CapCut (basic level)
• Publish content consistently and track basic performance

Output Expectations

• Daily: 1 complete short-form video
• Weekly: 5–7 videos across brands

Each video must have:

• Clear hook
• One focused message
• Relevant keywords and caption

Required Skills

• Good written English (simple and clear)
• Basic understanding of Instagram / YouTube Shorts
• Ability to research and summarize information
• Familiarity with CapCut or similar tools
• Willingness to learn and take feedback seriously

Time Commitment

• 3–4 hours/day
• 6 days/week

Proof of Expertise Required (Mandatory)

Applicants must submit at least one of the following:

• Portfolio or samples
• 3–5 reels/shorts you have written or edited (any niche)
• Test Assignment:
• 2 reel ideas on any topic including:
• Hook
• 20–30 sec script
• Caption with keywords
• Instagram / YouTube account showing consistent content creation

(personal or professional)
