Key Responsibilities

• Develop, design, and publish creative content (images, videos, reels, stories, copy, etc.) across all major social platforms.
• Ensure all content aligns with brand guidelines, tone of voice, and visual identity.
• Monitor industry trends, hashtags, and platform updates to create relevant and timely content.
• Manage and maintain content calendars for consistent posting.
• Collaborate with marketing, design, and sales teams to support campaigns and product launches.
• Track and analyze performance metrics to refine and improve content strategies.
• Contribute innovative ideas for storytelling, campaigns, and community engagement.
• Directly report to the Stakeholders in Australia about the strategies, action plan and project updates.

Required Skills

• Strong proficiency in written & spoken English.
• Proven experience as a Social Media Content Creator or in a similar role.
• In-depth knowledge of Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube, and Twitter (X).
• Proficiency in Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, CapCut, or similar tools.
• Familiarity with content scheduling platforms (e.g., Loomly, Metricool).
• Strong visual storytelling and copywriting abilities.
• Knowledge of social media analytics and data-driven optimization.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to meet deadlines.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in video editing & motion graphics.
• Familiarity with influencer marketing & paid social ads.
• Basic knowledge of SEO for social media.
