Key Responsibilities:

• Watch Full Podcast Episodes:

Understand the flow, theme, and major highlights of each episode.

• Select & Edit Highlight Clips:

Identify engaging moments (30–90 seconds) suitable for Reels, Shorts, and other platforms.

• Write Engaging Titles and Hooks:

Create scroll-stopping, click-worthy titles and thumbnail text.

• Write Episode Descriptions & Summaries:

Draft concise, SEO-optimized descriptions for YouTube, Spotify, and other platforms.

• Create Captions:

Write platform-specific captions for Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube Shorts aligned with current trends.

• Coordinate with the Creative Team:

Collaborate with the host, editors, thumbnail designers, and social media managers to ensure consistent branding.

• Research Trends & Keywords:

Stay updated with trends and suggest strategies to increase reach and engagement.

Requirements:

• Strong command of English and Hindi (for bilingual content)
• Basic video editing knowledge (optional but preferred)
• Creative writing and storytelling skills
• Awareness of social media algorithms, trends, and formats
• Ability to meet deadlines and work independently

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
