Create engaging short video content (Instagram Reels, TikTok/Shorts, etc.) and testimonial videos featuring customers. Shoot and edit videos/photos; maintain aesthetics consistent with brand. Write captions, manage trending content ideas, keep up with social media trends. Interact with customers via comments, direct messages, possibly via phone/WhatsApp – answering queries, collecting feedback, coaxing testimonials. Coordinate with marketing/sales team to understand product features, campaigns. Possibly manage scheduling & posting content, basic analytics (reach, engagement), suggest improvements. Travel locally if needed for video shoots (if products or customers need to be visited). Basic video editing skills (CapCut / Premiere Pro / smartphone apps). Good communication skills in Hindi / English. Friendly, proactive, able to interact with customers, handle feedback. Creativity, ability to take initiative in content ideas.
