Job Description:

We are looking for a creative, organized, and detail-oriented Social Media Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for planning, creating, and managing content across various platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, and YouTube to enhance our online presence and engagement.

Note: Candidates must have their own laptop. We do not provide systems.Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute effective social media strategies
• Create, schedule, and publish engaging content across platforms
• Monitor social media trends, insights, and performance metrics
• Engage with the online community by responding to comments and DMs
• Collaborate with the content, design, and marketing teams
• Run paid ad campaigns and track ROI (if applicable)
• Stay up-to-date with the latest social media best practices and technologies

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role
• Strong understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and tools
• Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills
• Ability to multitask, meet deadlines, and work independently
• Familiarity with tools like Canva, Meta Business Suite, Buffer/Hootsuite, etc.
• Basic knowledge of analytics tools and reporting
• Own laptop is mandatory
