Social Content Creator

We are looking for a creative and dynamic Social Content Creator (Female Candidate Only) to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for managing our social media platforms, creating and editing engaging content, and promoting our tutoring services for children (Pre-Nursery to 5th Standard).

She should be comfortable visiting homes to shoot videos of children learning, capturing real-time experiences, and showcasing our brand effectively.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Social Media Management: Handle and grow our Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and other platforms.
Content Creation & Editing: Create engaging videos, reels, and graphics related to child education and tutoring.
On-Site Video Shooting: Visit students' homes to record learning moments, testimonials, and interactive videos.
Creative Writing: Write captivating captions, engaging posts, and trending hashtags.
Analytics & Trends: Track engagement, reach, and performance to improve content strategy.
Collaboration: Work closely with tutors and parents to highlight the success of our services.
Brand Promotion: Develop campaigns to increase awareness and attract new enrollments.

Requirements:

Gender: Female Candidates Only
Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Media, Communication, or a related field.
Experience: 1-3 years in social media management, video editing, or content creation.
Skills:

• Proficiency in Canva, Adobe Premiere Pro, CapCut, or similar tools
• Strong video editing and content creation skills
• Excellent understanding of social media trends & algorithms
• Confident in shooting videos at different locations
• Good communication and creativity
