As a SoC RTL Design Engineer at Lattice Semiconductor, you will be a part of the hardware design team concentrating on IP design and full chip integration. This role offers ample opportunities for you to contribute, learn, innovate, and grow within a dynamic team environment. **Role Specifics:** - This is a full-time individual contributor position based in Pune, India. - You will work on FPGA projects primarily focused in Pune and similar time zones. - Your responsibilities will include RTL design, implementing best-in-class coding styles, algorithms, and utilizing Verilog and System Verilog. - You will be involved in SoC integration and related quality checks such as lint, CDC, RDC, SDC, etc. - Collaboration with the architect and micro-architect team to define design specifications is a key aspect of this role. - You are expected to both teach best-known-methods to the existing FPGA team and learn from them, emphasizing the importance of being both an educator and a student. **Accountabilities:** - Play a significant role in FPGA design efforts. - Drive logic design of essential FPGA blocks and full chip to enhance design time and quality. - Ensure design quality through assertions, checkers, and scripting. - Build strong relationships with global teams. - Mentor and develop strong partnerships with colleagues. - Occasional travel may be required. **Required Skills:** - BS/MS/PhD in Electronics Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent. - 4+ years of experience in leading logic design across various silicon projects. - Proficiency in SoC integration, micro-architecture definition, and selecting 3rd party IP. - Experience working with ARM processor, AXI, AMBA bus, ENET, PCIE, safety and security protocols, and debug architecture is advantageous. - Knowledge of FPGA designs, use-cases, and design considerations is a plus. - Ability to work independently and collaboratively, with strong problems solving skills. - Demonstrated capability to work effectively with diverse groups across different locations and time zones.
