Role Description

This is a part-time remote role for a SOC Trainer. The SOC Trainer will be responsible for creating and delivering course content related to Security Operations Center (SOC) practices. Day-to-day tasks include developing training materials, conducting live sessions, assessing student progress, and providing feedback for improvement. In addition, the SOC Trainer will engage with students through Q&A sessions and support them in their learning journey.

Qualifications

• Knowledge and experience in Security Operations Center (SOC) practices and procedures
• Skills in creating and delivering technical training materials
• Ability to assess student progress and provide constructive feedback
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote setting
• Background in cybersecurity or a related field is a plus
• Previous teaching or training experience is beneficial
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred
