1)24*7 SIEM Monitoring for MSSP environment and alert on Incidents/alerts
2)Maintains record of security monitoring and incident response acvies, ulizing case management and ckeng technologies3)Incident Management and coordinate with customer for Incident closure4)Registering and Handling customer complaints5)First level incident handling6)Prepares briengs and reports of analysis methodology and results7)Tagging of events based on priority levels & severity levels8)Follow Standard Operang Procedures to perform rst level troubleshoong9)Generates end-of-shi reports for documentaon and knowledge transfer to subsequent analysts on duty10)SLA management11)Escalate to L2 in case of any deviaonBasic Requirement

2)Network Security3)Windows server, Virtualizaon (VMware) and Linux commandsFundamental understanding of computer networking (TCP/IP), Windows, Linux, Cisco Operating Systems, Information Securityknowledge of VA, IDS, Network infrastructure & Security and SIEM, Malware and its types4) Experience in Arcsight is mandatory
