Description
The role based in Hyderabad is responsible for designing and delivering Process Automation Solutions using BPM technologies such as Appian, Oracle BPM, and Low code platforms like PowerApps within the Enterprise Content & Automation Services domain. As a part of the Architecture, Platforms & Data team in the Technology Transformation Organization at Novartis, you will be accountable for organizing solution design, development, and deployment efforts for various projects. Your major accountabilities will include compiling necessary resources and assigning responsibilities according to defined timelines, ensuring detailed designs align with high-level designs and are traceable to functional specifications, and adhering to the architectural roadmap to support the development and operations of solutions. You will also focus on user experience, peer reviewing solutions, ensuring timely delivery within set constraints, and establishing standardized design and development processes for cost-effective delivery. Additionally, you will be responsible for initiating solution testing, conducting service handover, leading go-live authorization discussions, tracking release and deployment packages, and ensuring the expected outcomes and value for customers are delivered. Adherence to Security and Compliance policies, awareness of architectural and business drivers, and driving innovation discussions will also be part of your responsibilities. To be successful in this role, you should possess strong knowledge in multiple Business Domains and Technologies, advanced business analyst and technology skills, experience in Agile and hybrid SDLC, and proficiency in Business Process Management (BPM) Lifecycle. Familiarity with BPM suites like Appian, Celonis, Adonis, Process Architecture, AI/ML applications, Lean and Six Sigma methodologies, as well as technical backgrounds in DB development, Java development, XML, integration, and messaging technologies will be beneficial.
