Role Overview: You have expertise in ServiceNow implementation and a strong understanding of data formats such as JSON and XML. Additionally, you possess experience in technical design and development, along with proficiency in scripting/designing and Web Services Integration (SOAP, REST, and JSON). Moreover, you have hands-on experience with implementing Service Catalog, CMS, and MID Server.
