Role & responsibilities

1) Machine Operation and Setup

2) Production setup

3) Quality and Inspection

4) Material handling and control

5) Loading of components

6) Machine Maintenance

Preferred candidate profile

ITI / Diploma in
Electronics, Electrical, Mechatronics
, or a related technical field.
Certification or formal training in
SMT / PCB Assembly
is preferred.
1.5 years of hands-on experience as an SMT Operator in an
EMS / electronics manufacturing
setup.
Exposure to operating
Pick & Place machines, Stencil Printers, and Reflow Ovens
.
Experience with reputed SMT machine brands (Yamaha, Panasonic, Fuji, ASM, JUKI, etc.) is an added advantage

Good understanding of
SMT process flow
and PCB assembly stages.
Ability to read and understand
BOMs, work instructions, and assembly drawings
.
Knowledge of
electronic components
, polarity, orientation, and feeder loading.
Basic understanding of
IPC standards
, soldering defects, and quality requirements.
Familiarity with
ESD practices
and 5S standards.
