Key Responsibilities Production Management: Plan, schedule, and execute production to meet delivery and target goals. Workflow Optimization: Improve material flow and workflow for better throughput and efficiency. Quality Control: Ensure products meet quality standards; take corrective action for defects. Equipment Management: Manage preventive and corrective maintenance of SMT machines. Team Leadership: Lead, train, and motivate the SMT team for continuous improvement.
