SMT Automation Equipment Maintenance Engineer

Role & responsibilities

Pre-production equipment inspection and first article assurance (including the use of inspection instruments), production maintenance & cleaning and maintenance of accessories during take-up

Equipment maintenance and upkeep, abnormality analysis and troubleshooting & replacement of accessories (including spare parts sorting, selection, management, etc.)

Filling out and maintaining equipment forms (e.g., inspection form, maintenance form, repair record form, environmental safety inspection form, etc.)

Optimizing production line movements, reducing machine failure frequency/time, improving production efficiency & improving yield

Maintenance, upkeep & replacement of equipment/instruments around the production line

Production line technology transfer and related document preparation, maintenance & education and training

Posted to the Indian factory and must be able to cooperate with shifts Automation Equipment Engineer

Inspect Equipment before production, first article assurance, clean accessories at the end

Production equipment maintenance, repair, troubleshooting,replace parts

Fill in the equipment form

Improve performance & quality of production line

Transfer/train skills, create/update document

Preferred candidate profile

• Experience in SMT preferred
• At least 4 years in the maintenance department
• Experience in new line setup will be preferred
