SMSF Administration & Compliance

• Manage SMSF processing at all levels, including daily, monthly, quarterly, and annual tasks.
• Prepare and lodge TBAR (Transfer Balance Account Reporting).
• Handle Activity Statements and Tax Lodgement requirements for SMSFs.
• Conduct monthly reconciliations to ensure accuracy of fund accounts.
• Manage finalisation of annual work, including financial statements and compliance documentation.
• Process nil return lodgements as required.
• Oversee SuperStream processing for contributions and rollovers.

Software & Data Management

• Work efficiently with Simple Fund 360, BGL Desktop, and Microsoft Office applications.
• Complete takeover file onboarding across all relevant software platforms.
• Manage ASIC registration processes related to SMSFs.
• Prepare documentation within NowInfinity, including deeds and pension kits.

Bookkeeping & Reporting

• Perform general bookkeeping tasks for SMSF clients.

Maintain accurate and timely financial records and reports.
