SME/TL- Underwriter – Property & Casualty Insurance

We are seeking an experienced P&C Underwriting professional at the Senior Process Executive or Subject Matter Expert level with the following demonstrated expertise:

• Deep knowledge of

  Property & Casualty insurance

  principles, coverages, and underwriting best practices across commercial lines
• Proven experience in

  risk assessment and evaluation

  of property exposures, structural damages, loss ratios, and historical claims data to support defensible underwriting decisions
• Strong working knowledge of

  state-specific insurance regulations

  , ensuring policy compliance across multiple jurisdictions throughout the full policy lifecycle
• Ability to conduct thorough

  business risk classification

  across diverse industry verticals, applying consistent underwriting guidelines to maintain portfolio quality and profitability
• Hands-on proficiency in

  Guidewire PolicyCenter

  , with demonstrated experience managing end-to-end policy administration including submissions, issuance, endorsements, and renewals
• Exceptional analytical and communication skills with the ability to synthesize complex risk data, exercise sound judgment, and contribute to
