Job Description

Role Overview: You will be responsible for developing a structured Hindi curriculum, creating high-quality learning materials, ensuring CBSE alignment, and supporting teachers with effective pedagogy and academic delivery. Key Responsibilities: - Design structured and gradewise Hindi curriculum for Grades 1-10. - Create lesson plans, worksheets, activities, reading modules, and assessments. - Ensure alignment with CBSE competency-based learning framework. - Conduct pedagogy workshops for Hindi teachers. - Provide ongoing academic guidance, observations, and feedback. - Develop question banks, rubrics, and periodic assessments. - Support teachers with remedial strategies based on student performance. - Develop story-based, activity-based, and experiential learning modules. - Promote Hindi reading, writing, speaking, and vocabulary-building initiatives. - Audit lesson plans and classroom transactions. - Ensure consistency and quality across grades through timely reviews. Qualification Required: - Masters Degree in Hindi or related discipline. - B.Ed mandatory. - Minimum 3-6 years of teaching or SME/content development experience.
