Most candidates don&apost make it simply because they don&apost prepare well enough. InterviewKickstart (IK) helps candidates nail the most challenging tech interviews.We have mandated to launch a no-code Agentic AI/Generative AI Course focused for Marketing Professionals.We are looking for professionals with hands-on professional work experience in Generative AI for marketing use-cases as part-time Instructors. This role will provide opportunities to network with other experts, understand learner issues and contribute to the Marketing and AI community.

Requirements

We are building a first-of-its-kind course focused on the practical, no-code application of Generative AI and Agentic AI in digital marketing. As an instructor, you&aposll help mid-to-senior marketers, entrepreneurs, and career switchers master how to automate marketing workflows, generate personalized content at scale, and build AI agents using tools like ChatGPT, Zapier, LangChain, Midjourney, and more all without writing code.Your role involves designing curriculum in the core AI concepts behind these tools and their real-world marketing use-cases, and case studies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Curriculum Development
  • Work closely with our content team and subject matter experts to shape and refine a
modular curriculum focused on:
? Generative AI for Marketing (text/image/video/audio)? LLM-powered personalization and campaign design? No-code automation and agent frameworks? Prompt engineering and orchestration? Marketing analytics using AI agents
  • Ensure curriculum reflects the latest AI trends, tools, and use-cases relevant to
growth, brand, and performance marketing.
  • Content Iteration & Team Collaboration
  • Collaborate with fellow instructors and the course team to continuously evolve
content, delivery format, and project difficulty based on learner outcomes.
  • Support in onboarding and mentoring new instructors or TAs joining the program
