Healthcare Domain SME / Advisory Lead

Key Responsibilities

Lead
executive-level workshops and discovery sessions
across business and technology stakeholders.
Act as the
business anchor
for provider data modernization, credentialing, and compliance workflows.
Ensure
technical solutions align with healthcare compliance standards
(NCQA, CMS, HIPAA).
Partner with technology teams to modernize
CVO functions, portals, and provider data systems
.
Own coordination of
advisory streams and proposal development
.

Experience Level

15–20+ years in
healthcare operations, compliance, and provider data management
.
Strong exposure to
payer/provider ecosystems
, NCQA, CMS, HIPAA requirements.
Experience collaborating with technology teams to drive modernization of
credentialing and provider data systems
.

Skills Needed

Deep expertise in
credentialing, compliance workflows, and provider lifecycle management
.
Knowledge of
ERA/EFT, attestation services, and back-office operations
.
Strong
executive presence
to lead customer-facing workshops and advisory sessions.
Ability to
bridge business and technology
and ensure seamless transition into implementation.
