Smart Home Experience Executive

As a Smart Home Experience Executive at Advaint Technologies Pvt Ltd, you will play a crucial role in being the face of the brand at premium real estate project sites in Pune. Your primary responsibility will be to deliver engaging and hands-on demonstrations of Intellia products at experience zones and show flats. You will interact with prospective homeowners and project visitors, explaining features with clarity and enthusiasm. Collaborating with developer and sales teams to plan demonstrations and buyer visits will be essential. Ensuring that all demo setups are functional, updated, and visually appealing is key to your success in this role. Gathering visitor feedback and sharing insights with marketing and product teams will help in continuously improving the Intellia experience. Additionally, you will be responsible for training project staff and developer sales teams on how to effectively present Intellia. Qualifications Required: - Excellent communicator with a customer-first mindset. - Confident, approachable, and comfortable with technology. - Fluent in English and local language (Marathi / Hindi preferred). - Open to weekend work and flexible schedules based on project activity. - 25 years in product demonstration, retail experience, or customer engagement preferred. - Exposure to real estate, consumer electronics, or lifestyle brands is a plus. - Graduate degree or diploma in Marketing, Communications, or Electronics is a plus.
