Job Description The System Administrator is responsible for the configuration, maintenance, and reliable operation of computer systems, servers, and network infrastructure. This role ensures that systems are running efficiently, securely, and are regularly updated. The administrator will also provide technical support to users, manage backups, and monitor system performance. Key Responsibilities: Install, configure, and maintain operating systems, software, and hardware. Manage network servers, technology tools, and on-premise/cloud-based infrastructure. Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues as they arise. Ensure security through access controls, backups, and firewalls. Create and manage user accounts and permissions.
