Skincare Consultant

You will be working as a Skincare Consultant at Laser Hair Reduction & Advanced Skin Clinic in Mumbai on a full-time basis. Your main responsibilities will include conducting personalized skincare consultations for clients, recommending suitable products, and demonstrating correct skincare techniques. It will be essential to keep yourself updated on product knowledge, assist customers in selecting skincare products tailored to their needs, and provide excellent customer service. Additionally, you will need to maintain a tidy workspace, replenish products, and handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally. To excel in this role, you should possess the following qualifications: - Proficiency as a Laser Hair Reduction Therapist - Ability to advise patients on cosmetic treatments - Skill in drawing blood and administering IV treatments when necessary - Capability to address all skin and hair-related concerns of clients and recommend suitable packages - Aptitude for promoting products to clients and boosting sales - Commitment to conducting regular follow-ups with clients to ensure customer satisfaction.,
