Skin therapist

Job Summary:

The Skin Therapist is responsible for providing a range of advanced skin treatments and therapies to clients, helping them achieve their skincare goals. The role requires strong knowledge of skin analysis, treatment techniques, and skincare product usage.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform skin analysis and consult clients on appropriate treatments
• Provide skin care treatments such as facials, peels, microdermabrasion, lasers, and other aesthetic procedures
• Maintain accurate records of client treatments and progress
• Recommend skin care regimens and products for home use
• Ensure hygiene and sterilization protocols are strictly followed
• Operate and maintain skin care machines and equipment
• Educate clients on post-treatment care and precautions
• Collaborate with dermatologists for advanced treatment plans when required
• Maintain inventory of skin products and consumables
• Attend regular training sessions to stay updated on latest techniques and equipment

Key Skills and Qualifications:

• Diploma or Certification in Cosmetology, Aesthetics, or related field
• 1+ year experience in skin treatment or dermatology clinic preferred
• Strong knowledge of skincare products and equipment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Professional, polite, and client-focused attitude
• Attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Work Environment:

• Clinical setup with structured appointment schedules
• Working hours as per clinic operations (may include weekends)
• Uniform and grooming standards to be maintained at all times

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
