• Plan, develop, and implement training programs aligned with industry standards
• Lead and manage a team of trainers and support staff
• Collaborate with industry experts and partners to ensure training relevance
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs
• Coordinate student placements and career guidance initiatives

Qualifications:

• Graduate in any discipline
• Good communication & coordination skills
• Experience in training or skill development preferred
• Passion for education and skill development
