Skating Coach

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Figure Skating Coach to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in figure skating, excellent coaching skills, and a passion for developing athletes of all ages and skill levels. This role is crucial in helping our skaters achieve their fullest potential both on and off the ice.

What You’ll Do

As a Figure Skating Coach, you will:

• Teach Skating Techniques: Instruct skaters on proper techniques for jumps, spins, and choreography.
• Develop Training Programs: Create and implement individualized training plans tailored to each skater’s needs.
• Provide Guidance: Offer both technical and artistic advice to enhance performance.
• Conduct Training Sessions: Lead on-ice and off-ice practices to improve skaters’ skills and fitness.
• Prepare for Competitions: Train and strategize with skaters to excel in competitions and performances.
• Analyze Performance: Continuously assess and improve skaters’ techniques and performances.
• Ensure Safety: Maintain a safe training environment and uphold safety protocols.
• Maintain Facilities: Keep equipment and training areas in excellent condition.

What We’re Looking For

• Certification: From a recognized figure skating organization.
• Experience: Extensive competitive or professional skating background.
• Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of skating techniques and training methods.
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and interpersonal abilities.
• Patience and Adaptability: Ability to work with skaters of various ages and skill levels.
• Preferred Certifications: First aid and CPR certification.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
