Site Technician

The Site Technician – Kitchen Equipment is responsible for the installation, commissioning, maintenance, and repair of commercial kitchen equipment at client sites. The role ensures all work is completed efficiently, safely, and in compliance with company and manufacturer standards to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

Install, test, and commission a wide range of commercial kitchen equipment such as ovens, refrigerators, dishwashers, fryers, grills, steamers, and exhaust systems.

Conduct preventive and corrective maintenance in accordance with manufacturer guidelines.

Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, and plumbing faults in kitchen equipment.

Read and interpret technical drawings, wiring diagrams, and installation manuals.

Perform site inspections and prepare service/installation reports.

Coordinate with the project and service teams to ensure timely completion of site activities.

Ensure compliance with safety standards and maintain proper use of PPE.

Provide on-site technical support and training to end users when required.

Maintain inventory of tools, spare parts, and materials used during installations and repairs.

Report any major equipment issues or client concerns to the supervisor immediately.
