SUMMARY Be on the leading edge of one of Prometric’s largest test center expansion initiatives. As a Channel Partner Recruiter, you will be creating new business partnerships with colleges, universities, and commercial institutions to operate a Prometric test center. You will be responsible for identifying and engaging new partner opportunities and then shepherd the relationship through the discovery process, contract signing and the on-boarding phase. Your activities will be supported using Salesforce.com which will allow you to develop accurate and timely reports to senior management that highlights the contributions you are delivering to Prometric’s success. This multi-faceted role will work with Sales Recruitment, Channel Operations and Readiness to help ensure professional testing centers are introduced to the Prometric network. RESPONSIBILITIES: Identify and qualify through research and cold calling potential test center operators within designated markets. Utilize sales and marketing skills to help close contract and secure new partners. Be proficient in technical and infrastructure requirements to field questions. Track and report site progress through use of Salesforce.com. Qualify opportunities to progress to contracting phase. Process potential partner applications according to established metrics. Provide process improvement suggestions. Assist rest of Global Recruitment team as requested by Channel Manager. Provide instruction to contracted site staff for process flow. Assist operational team with test center staff training. Technical aptitude with willingness and ability to follow given instruction. Be proficient in public speaking and train the train model of support. Have strong organizational and time management skills. CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS Any Graduate/Postgraduate 3-5 years of related experience (cold calling, sales recruiting, business development, etc.) Salesforce.com experience preferred. Position Summary: The Supervisor of the DVR Audit Team will lead a group of auditors responsible for reviewing video footage from test centers to ensure compliance, integrity, and operational excellence. This role requires strong leadership, analytical skills, and a commitment to maintaining high standards in audit practices. Key Responsibilities: Supervise daily operations of the DVR Audit Team, ensuring timely and accurate completion of video audits. Provide guidance and support to auditors in reviewing pre-recorded and live footage of test sessions and interactions. Review and validate audit reports for consistency, completeness, and accuracy. Monitor team performance and quality metrics, implementing improvements where necessary. Coordinate with cross-functional teams (e.g., Quality Assurance, Training, Compliance) to address findings and escalate issues. Develop and maintain audit protocols, checklists, and documentation standards. Conduct regular training and calibration sessions to ensure alignment on audit expectations. Prepare weekly and monthly performance summaries for leadership review. Required Skills & Qualifications: Proven experience in team supervision or management, preferably in auditing, surveillance, or quality assurance. At least 2+ years of experience in either the call centre or test centres Strong attention to detail and ability to identify patterns or anomalies in video footage. Excellent communication and report-writing skills. Ability to coach and mentor team members effectively. Familiarity with video review tools and audit documentation systems. Identify and document any irregularities, violations, or areas of concern. Prepare detailed audit reports summarizing findings, including timestamps, observations, and recommended actions. Collaborate with Test Centre Managers and associated teams to escalate issues and support corrective actions. Maintain strict confidentiality and data protection standards while handling sensitive footage. Ensure timely completion of audits in accordance with internal SLAs and compliance requirements. Required Skills & Qualifications: Exceptional attention to detail and observational skills. 0-1 year of experience in either the call centre or test centres High level of focus and concentration for extended periods. SUMMARY Site Technician is responsible for the technical buildout and maintenance of Prometric's global testing locations. In this role, the candidate will split their time between 2 primary responsibilities: a) Working as part of a cross functional team to enable the build of Prometric test centers b) Infrastructure and hardware maintenance of testing sites, DVR support, Lab Services & other site build Projects RESPONSIBILITIES: Buildout of Prometric Test Centers: Ensuring a build is delivered within the agreed project timeline Working cross functionally with internal departments to ensure a successful sign-off Escalating any build issues in a timely manner Reporting on the overall build to the business Hardware Maintenance Proactive and reactive upgrade of hardware at test centers DVR surveillance support both at the site and for internal users Lab Services End to end support to internal and client labs Other team projects assigned EDUCATION AND SKILLS: Candidate should at least possess a bachelor's degree in any discipline. Computer Science / Information Technology or equivalent is preferred. Candidate should have good knowledge of Active Directory, DNS, DHCP Server, WDS Server, Server and client Operating Systems. Candidate should have strong knowledge of troubleshooting issues related to Server hardware, Client hardware, Operating Systems and Local Area Networks. Minimum 2 years experience as part of Service Desk team is a must. Must have worked in a Global Team and able to interact on a Global scale. Good conflict resolution, problem solving and interpersonal skills. Ability to work in a dynamic environment and adapt quickly to change.
