Site Technician

Job Description: As a Site Technician at Prometric, your primary responsibility will be the technical buildout and maintenance of global testing locations. You will be expected to split your time between two main tasks: - Working collaboratively with a cross-functional team to facilitate the construction of Prometric test centers. - Handling infrastructure and hardware maintenance at testing sites, including DVR support, Lab Services, and other site build projects. Key Responsibilities: - Ensure timely delivery of builds within the agreed project timeline. - Collaborate with internal departments to achieve successful sign-off on builds. - Promptly escalate any build issues as they arise. - Provide comprehensive reports on the overall build progress to the business. - Proactively and reactively upgrade hardware at test centers. - Offer DVR surveillance support on-site and for internal users. - Provide end-to-end support to internal and client labs. - Participate in other team projects as assigned. Qualifications Required: - Hold at least a bachelor's degree in any discipline, with a preference for Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent. - Possess a strong understanding of Active Directory, DNS, DHCP Server, WDS Server, Server and client Operating Systems. - Demonstrate proficiency in troubleshooting issues related to Server hardware, Client hardware, Operating Systems, and Local Area Networks. - Have a minimum of 2 years of experience as part of a Service Desk team. - Previous experience working in a Global Team environment and interacting on a global scale. - Exhibit good conflict resolution, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills. - Ability to thrive in a dynamic environment and adapt quickly to changes. - Willingness to work flexible shifts with variable hours. - Capable of working collaboratively within a team to achieve common goals.,
