Manages team of skilled and unskilled workers at site.
Monitors efficient use of men, machines and materials.
Keep record the material used and the progress made on the job.
Communicates company rules and policies to the labors and ensures that safety rules are followed.
Monitors and maintain quality of all civil works such as concreting, building material, plastering etc.
Prepare bills and make payment to labors with due receipt or vouchers.
Work as a link between the labor and management.
Reports any challenges faced by him or the labor to the management for a quick resolution to ensure maximum output.

Pay: Up to ₹35,000.00 per month
