About us:

Job Title:

Supervise the assembly and installation of modular furniture such as kitchen, wardrobe and fixtures at various sites in North east.
Taking final measurements of the site and validating to ensure accuracy and correctness before production begins.
Ensure installations comply with design drawings, company quality standards and safety guidelines.
Manage a team of service technicians and providing guidance and maintaining productivity.
Conduct site inspections to identify and resolve any issues or challenges.
Prepare and maintain documentation related to installation processes, materials used, and project status updates for management and stakeholders.

Experience:

Proven experience as a Site Supervisor or similar role in the modular furniture or interior industry.
Knowledge of modular furniture installation techniques, tools and best practices.
The ability to read and interpret design documents and technical drawings.
Leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills to coordinate teams and interact with clients.
Strong problem-solving abilities, attention to detail and decision-making skills.
Knowledge of safety regulations and construction site best practices.
