Job Description

Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced and dedicated Interior Site Supervisor to oversee and manage our interior project sites. The candidate should have strong site execution knowledge, leadership skills, and the ability to handle day-to-day site operations efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and monitor the progress of all interior work at project sites.
Manage and evaluate the performance of on-site workers and subcontractors.
Check and maintain inventory; place orders for required materials.
Ensure all tools and equipment are in good working condition.
Read and interpret interior design drawings and blueprints accurately.
Ensure site safety procedures are strictly followed by all workers.
Maintain accurate attendance and daily progress reports.
Review daily work and recommend improvements when necessary.
Ensure projects are completed on time and meet quality standards.
Communicate daily updates and progress reports to the Project Manager.
Attend site meetings and coordinate with the design and execution teams.

Job Type: Full-time

Education:

Diploma (Required) — Civil / Interior or related field preferred.

Experience:

Minimum 2 years of experience in interior site supervision (Required).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
