Site Supervisor: Telecom/Data Center

Job Title: Site Supervisor (Navi Mumbai)

Department: Electrical & Mechanical Maintenance

Reports to: Project Manager/ Site Manager

Responsibilities:

Supervise daily field operations for telecom and data center infrastructure projects ensuring timely and quality execution as per project plans, safety guidelines, and client specifications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee work of technicians, welders, fitters, and helpers on site.

• Coordinate with project managers for smooth workflow and material availability.

• Ensure compliance with safety protocols and quality standards.

• Report progress, issues, and resource requirements to management.

• Conduct on-site inspections and resolve operational problems.

Qualifications:

• Diploma/Degree in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, or related field).

• Minimum 3 years' experience in telecom or data center infrastructure supervision.

• Strong leadership and communication skills.

• Knowledge of safety and regulatory compliance.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Shift availability:

• Day Shift (Preferred)
• Night Shift (Preferred)

Willingness to travel:

• 25% (Preferred)
