Site Supervisor

Role Description:

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Site Supervisor. The person in this position will look after day-to-day work at project sites, manage site activities, coordinate with architects, vendors, and contractors. The role includes checking progress, maintaining quality, and making sure the project runs smoothly and finishes on time.

Experience: 2-4 years

Senior Site Supervisor - 1

Experience: 7-8 years

Requirements for this role:

• Degree or Diploma in Architecture, or Civil Engineering.
• Good understanding of architectural and structural drawings.
• Experience in handling on-site execution and project management.
• Knowledge of construction materials and detailing.
• Ability to work with contractors, vendors, and consultants.
• Experience in site measurements, quality checks, and quantity estimation.
• Good communication and reporting skills.
• Knowledge of AutoCAD, Excel, and site documentation tools.
• Attention to detail and accountability

Job Profile:

• Supervise daily work on-site and make sure it matches the drawings and designer's intent.
• Understand and explain drawings to contractors, labours, and vendors.
• Track work progress and check the quality of construction.
• Coordinate with the architect, design team, vendors, and clients.
• Check and record material deliveries and site inventory.
• Identify and report any issues or delays early.
• Prepare daily or weekly progress reports and update project documents.
