Site Supervisor

As a Site Supervisor at SP Constromate, you will play a crucial role in supervising and coordinating daily activities on construction and interior project sites across Odisha. Your responsibilities will include managing workers, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure quality and timely execution, interpreting drawings and instructions, monitoring material usage to minimize wastage, maintaining site records, and communicating effectively with project managers, designers, and clients. Additionally, you will be expected to identify and solve on-site problems efficiently and prioritize safety, cleanliness, and discipline at the site. Key Responsibilities: - Supervise and coordinate daily activities on construction and interior project sites. - Manage workers, subcontractors, and vendors for quality and timely execution. - Interpret drawings and instructions to implement work as per the project plan. - Monitor material usage to minimize wastage. - Maintain site records including attendance, material stock, and daily progress. - Communicate regularly with project managers, designers, and clients. - Identify and solve basic on-site problems to prevent delays. - Ensure safety, cleanliness, and discipline at the site. Key Qualifications: - Graduation in any discipline (Science, Commerce, or Arts). - 1-5 years of experience in site supervision (construction or interior projects preferred). - Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel) is an added advantage. - Willingness to travel to different sites if required.
