Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Site Supervisor located in Meerut District and surrounding region. The Site Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing and managing on-site construction activities, ensuring site safety protocols are adhered to, and coordinating with the project manager on progress updates. The Site Supervisor will also be responsible for documenting construction activities and maintaining a high standard of quality control at the site.

Qualifications

• Experience in construction management, preferably in the role of a Site Supervisor with knowledge of site operations, project management, and construction methods
• Good communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders including contractors and clients
• Understanding of project schedules and ability to manage site progress efficiently
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, project specifications, and construction plans
• Knowledge of safety protocols and regulations, as well as experience in accident prevention
• Basic computer knowledge to maintain and prepare site reports
• Diploma or degree in Civil Engineering or relevant field (not necessary)
