Job Description

In this role, you will be responsible for the following tasks: - Taking detailed measurements and snaps from the project site - Drafting measurement layout - Designing the false ceiling, electrical flooring plans, elevation & sketch details, and 3D perspective views - Supervising the work being carried out at the site - Visiting client premises to check the finishing & quality of the interior works - Preparing Bill of Quantities (BOQ) - Regularly meeting clients throughout the project - Raising running bills - Keeping clients updated via email & meetings - Raising the final bill after certification of measurements - Performing any other duties and assignments as may be given from time to time Qualifications required for this position include: - BE in Civil Engineering from a recognized University Experience: - Minimum 5 to 7 years of relevant experience of site supervision in a construction site is preferred.,
