As a Civil Engineer with a BE degree from a recognized University, you are expected to have a minimum of 5 to 7 years of relevant experience in site supervision within a construction site setting. Your responsibilities will include taking detailed measurements and photographs at the project site, drafting measurement layouts, and designing false ceilings, electrical flooring plans, elevations, sketch details, and 3D perspective views. You will be required to supervise the ongoing work at the site, conduct visits to client premises to assess the quality and finishing of interior works, and prepare Bills of Quantities (BOQ). In addition, you will need to regularly engage with clients throughout the project, raise running bills, and keep clients updated through email communications and meetings. Upon the certification of measurements, you will be responsible for raising the final bill. Furthermore, you should be prepared to take on any other duties and assignments that may be assigned to you from time to time.,

Job Description As a skilled and detail-oriented HVAC & MEP Draftsman / Designer / Engineer at Mercury Control, you will play a crucial role in our team. Your primary responsibilities will include HVAC system design, MEP coordination, and CAD drafting. You will be tasked with creating precise layouts, conducting load calculations, and collaborating with various stakeholders to ensure the successful execution of projects. Your key responsibilities will involve performing heating and cooling load calculations according to ISHRAE standards, designing HVAC ducting layouts for commercial buildings, selecting HVAC equipment based on calculated loads, and carrying out VRV/VRF copper pipe and Refnet sizing per Daikin selection criteria. Additionally, you will develop drain layouts, create 3D piping layouts, prepare elevation and sectional drawings, and coordinate with architects, consultants, project teams, and vendors to ensure design accuracy and timely implementation. You will also be expected to visit project sites for inspections, meetings, and on-site coordination, assist with kitchen ventilation system design, treated fresh air unit (TFA) selection, and AHU kit specification per Daikin norms, and prepare documentation such as ODU ventilation system spreadsheets while maintaining technical records. To qualify for this role, you should hold a Diploma or Degree in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering (other degrees accepted), possess proficiency in AutoCAD and MEP drafting tools, demonstrate strong technical knowledge in HVAC system design and layout drafting, and have hands-on experience in HVAC & MEP drafting and design.
