Role Description This is a full-time role for an on-site Site Supervisor at RSM PROJECTS AND ENGINEERS PRIVATE LIMITED located in Kolkata. The Site Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing daily construction activities, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, managing site schedules, and coordinating with project stakeholders. Additional responsibilities include monitoring material usage, supervising subcontractors, and ensuring project milestones are met efficiently. Qualifications Strong understanding of construction processes, project management, and site supervision Excellent organizational and time-management skills Proficiency in interpreting blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications Ability to communicate effectively with team members, subcontractors, and clients Knowledge of safety regulations and compliance standards Experience with construction management software is a plus Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, or a related field Previous experience in a similar supervisory role is highly preferred Show more Show less
