Job Description

Role Summary

We are looking for a skilled and experienced Site Supervisor to oversee day-to-day construction activities at residential project sites. The ideal candidate should have 10+ years of experience in on-site supervision, strong technical understanding, and the ability to manage teams, ensure quality standards, and deliver projects on time.

This role combines hands-on supervision with foreman-level expertise, ensuring smooth coordination between labour teams, subcontractors, and the project management team.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of labourers and subcontractors on residential sites.
Ensure construction work aligns with drawings, specifications, and finishing standards.
Allocate manpower and resources effectively to meet deadlines and project milestones.
Monitor site progress, material usage, and work quality.
Enforce safety measures and maintain a clean, organized work environment.
Conduct quality checks for all civil and finishing work.
Prepare and submit daily work reports and progress updates to the Project Manager/Engineer.
Resolve on-site challenges and coordinate with vendors and subcontractors to avoid delays.
