Site Supervisor Commercial Building

Job Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily construction activities at site and ensure work is executed as per plan.
• Coordinate with contractors, laborers, and suppliers.
• Ensure quality checks and adherence to safety norms.
• Monitor material requirements, stock levels, and ensure timely availability.
• Track progress as per work schedule.
• Inspect work according to drawings and BOQ.
• Prepare daily site reports and update Project Manager/Senior Engineer.

Required Skills:

• Hands-on experience in commercial building construction.
• Good knowledge of civil drawings, measurements, and site supervision.
• Familiarity with safety norms and quality standards.
• Strong communication and team management skills.

Qualification:

• Diploma in Civil Engineering / ITI (Civil) / Equivalent.

2. Senior Engineer Commercial Building

• Overall planning, coordination, and execution of commercial building projects.
• Ensure completion of work as per BOQ, drawings, and specifications.
• Provide technical guidance in contractor, consultant, and client meetings.
• Oversee project budget, material procurement, and wastage control.
• Lead site teams and conduct daily/weekly progress reviews.
• Enforce safety and quality standards.
• Handle problem-solving and ensure on-time project delivery.

Required Skills:

• Strong experience in RCC works, finishing works, and services integration.
• Proficiency in MS Project / AutoCAD / Excel.
• Excellent leadership, planning, and decision-making abilities.
• Knowledge of contract management and billing processes.

Qualification:

• B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering (Diploma + relevant experience considered).
