Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Site Supervisor based in Mumbai. The Site Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing daily site operations, monitoring project progress, coordinating between the design team and contractors, and ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards. Additional tasks include managing schedules, resolving on-site issues, and reporting on project statuses. The Site Supervisor will play a key role in maintaining timelines and ensuring the seamless execution of design plans.

Qualifications

• Experience in site supervision, construction management, and project coordination
• Strong knowledge of safety protocols and quality control measures
• Ability to read and interpret design plans, architectural drawings, and blueprints
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective team collaboration
• Problem-solving skills and ability to handle on-site challenges efficiently
• Proficiency in project management software and tools is a plus
• Bachelor&aposs degree in Interior Designing Construction Management
• Experience in the interior design industry is advantageous
