Job Description

As a Site Supervisor in the interior design industry, you will be responsible for overseeing various aspects of civil supervision, MEP work, and finishing activities. Your key responsibilities will include: - Reading and understanding Auto-cad drawings. - Ensuring the quality of all materials received on site. - Coordinating with sub-contractors, vendors, and laborers. - Collaborating with designers and the team for seamless workflow. - Planning the next day's work in advance. - Maximizing output from the labor force. - Maintaining site cleanliness and preparing daily reports and labor bills. - Taking measurements and managing project schedules. - Keeping site records up to date and completing work within specified timelines. In addition to the above responsibilities, you should have at least 1 year of experience in a similar role. The salary offered will be based on your educational background and professional experience. Please note that this is a full-time position with day and morning shifts. You should be willing to commute/relocate to Gurgaon, Haryana, and have a Bachelor's degree. A total of 1 year of work experience is preferred, with availability for day shifts and a willingness to travel up to 25%.
