Job Overview:

We are looking for a proactive and responsible Site Supervisor with 3–5 years of relevant experience in managing on-site activities for Linea Doors or similar premium door systems. The candidate should be capable of visiting sites, coordinating with clients, and delivering and managing supplies to ensure smooth execution of projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise the day-to-day activities at various client sites related to Linea Doors installation.
• Ensure timely delivery and handling of materials and supplies to the project site.
• Coordinate logistics and manage unloading, inventory checks, and safe storage of door components on-site.
• Monitor installation progress, ensuring quality standards and alignment with design specifications.
• Liaise with measurement specialists, installers, designers, and clients to ensure work is progressing according to plan.
• Handle client communication on-site, manage expectations, and provide updates to internal teams.
• Identify and resolve site-related issues, reporting any delays or risks to the project manager.
• Ensure all health and safety protocols are followed at the site.
• Maintain site documentation, including delivery notes, material usage logs, and daily progress reports.

Required Qualifications and Skills:

Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Interior Design, or related field preferred.

Strong knowledge of installation procedures, site coordination, and project workflows.

Ability to read technical drawings and understand layout plans.Proficient in managing site labor and contractors.Shall be able to complete project task by team as per prescribed time given by management.Shall be able to give/take and complete handover from installer to end client.Billing work and assessment of any debit note from the End client and installer team.Bike compulsory with Valid licence.Excel and Email should be must for data maintenance and record keeping.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
