Job Summary:

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Site Supervisor for Interior Turnkey Projects to oversee and manage on-site execution. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 2 years of hands-on site experience in interior turnkey works, with the ability to read and interpret detailed interior drawings, coordinate with vendors and labour teams, and ensure timely, high-quality execution as per design intent.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily site activities for interior turnkey projects to ensure seamless execution.
• Accurately interpret and implement interior design and working drawings.
• Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and labour teams to maintain timelines and ensure quality.
• Track site progress, identify potential issues, and escalate to the project manager or design team as needed.
• Maintain all site records including daily progress reports, labour attendance, and material usage logs.
• Ensure strict adherence to health and safety regulations at the site.
• Manage procurement follow-ups, verify material delivery, quality, and quantities on site.
• Conduct regular quality checks and ensure implementation aligns with design specifications and finishing standards.
• Liaise effectively with internal design teams, clients, and other stakeholders.

Candidate Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of on-site experience in interior turnkey project supervision.
• Strong understanding of site coordination, interior finishing works, and construction practices.
• Proficient in reading and executing detailed interior working drawings and services layouts.
• Proven ability to manage vendors and labour workforce efficiently.
• Strong communication and on-site problem-solving skills.
• Self-driven, reliable, and capable of working independently under pressure.
• Basic knowledge of computer and mobile apps for reporting and documentation purposes.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
