Site Supervisor

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Site Supervisor with 1–2 years of experience in interior and construction projects. The ideal candidate should have hands-on knowledge of AutoCAD, strong site coordination skills, and the ability to ensure timely execution of works as per project specifications and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and manage day-to-day site activities for interior and construction projects.
• Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and workers to ensure smooth workflow.
• Review and interpret drawings, plans, and specifications.
• Use AutoCAD for basic drawing modifications, measurements, and layout verifications.
• Monitor material usage and ensure timely availability at the site.
• Maintain quality control and ensure work is executed as per design and safety standards.
• Prepare and maintain site progress reports, daily logs, and updates for management.
• Resolve site-related issues promptly and effectively.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Diploma/Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Interior Design, or related field.
• 1–2 years of relevant work experience in interior fit-outs and/or construction.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD (basic to intermediate level).
• Strong understanding of construction drawings and site execution processes.
• Good communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work under deadlines and manage multiple site activities.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
