Site Supervisor for execution of interior works

Role & responsibilities

Project Supervision & Execution

Project Management and Site Supervision for the execution of Interior, HVAC and MEP Works.

construction drawings

Coordination

Coordination of design issues between the Designers / Consultants and Contractors

sequencing of works

Quality Control & Compliance

Quality Control with daily inspection of the Interior Works and MEP Works.

Ensure materials and workmanship conform to project specifications.

Billing & Documentation

contractor billing

Preferred candidate profile

Bachelors Degree in
Civil Engineering
,
Mechanical Engineering
,
Architecture
, or equivalent.
5 to 10 years of experience managing interior fit-outs, MEP, firefighting, HVAC works
Prior experience with
manufacturing or commercial buildings
is a strong plus.
Detail-oriented with high standards of
quality assurance
.
Strong knowledge of
construction methods
,
MEP coordination
, and
fit-out processes
.
Skilled in
AutoCAD
, reading GFC (Good for Construction) drawings, and interpreting service layouts.
