Role & responsibilities Supervise the construction works at Company's projects at Hardware Park Ph-II (Near Rajiv Gandhi International Airport, Shamshabad) Supervise contractors work to ensure quality and compliance to GFC drawings. Determine needed resources (manpower, equipment, and materials) in line with project schedule and budgets. Co-ordinate between architect, consultant and contractor to plan site activities and participate in regular progress review meetings at site. Coordination and implementation of MEP works Supervision and coordination for HVAC works Managing labor and site under construction. Evaluate progress and prepare detailed management reports. Interpretation of drawings Calculation of BOQ from drawings Commuting in and around Hyderabad for construction related works and allied activities. Maintaining registers of the incoming materials. Reviewing the quantities of material received. Taking measurements of completed works and verification of Contractor's bills Desired Candidate Profile Minimum 5yrs experience as Site Engineer for industrial projects / factories. Should have sound knowledge of civil engineering. Ability to read and understand engineering drawings. Computer skills Auto CAD, excel & word. Own a bike for commuting. Available for IMMEDIATE joining
