Site Supervisor

About the Role:

We are hiring a dedicated and experienced Site Manager / Supervisor to oversee daily operations at residential and commercial interior project sites. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in handling on-site execution, vendor coordination, and team supervision.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily site activities and manage labor, contractors, and vendors.
• Ensure work is executed as per design drawings, quality standards, and timelines.
• Coordinate with project managers, designers, and clients for smooth workflow.
• Monitor material availability and manage site stock/inventory.
• Resolve on-site issues quickly and efficiently.
• Report site progress regularly to the project team.
• Ensure compliance with safety protocols and site cleanliness.

Candidate Requirements:

• 2–10 years of experience as a Site Supervisor or Site In-Charge (interior projects preferred).
• Strong understanding of interior materials, measurements, and BOQ reading.
• Ability to manage labor teams and multiple vendors.
• Basic knowledge of AutoCAD or reading technical drawings.
• Must have own two-wheeler for site travel.
• Good communication and reporting skills.
• Immediate joiners preferred.
